How can I book an appointment for the piercing service?
You can book an appointment via our WhatsApp: +852 5726 2918 or email at k11@nyrelle.com.
You are eligible for our one-time FREE piercing service (either on a single ear or a pair on each side) upon spending HK$2,500 at our physical store. You can choose to upgrade your piercing stud(s) to 18K solid gold for an additional cost.
If you choose to opt for our piercing only service, we offer piercings at the below prices:
Pair: HK$1200 Single: HK$750
What sort of piercings are offered?
We offer 3 different types of piercing, as labeled below. You can select any of the labeled piercings, however non-labeled areas are not included in our piercings.

What can I do to prepare for the piercing?
- Choose the right piercing jewelry for yourself and make sure you’re not allergic to the jewelry you pick.
- Be well rested and hydrated before the piercing.
- Avoid any alcohol and coffee consumption before your piercing.
- Eat a nutritious meal/snack.
- Don’t worry you’re with one of the best, relax and enjoy the process. Feel free to contact our team for more piercing tips and pre-styling advice.
What earrings can I select for the piercing?
Select from our titanium or 18K solid gold studs for your ear piercing(s) and personalize your dream stack.
What are the aftercare steps for my new piercing(s)?
- Healing time for earlobe piercing varies from 8-12 weeks, keep the original jewelry in during the period.
- Apply the Cleansing Solution to the front and back of the studs 2-3 times daily until it's fully healed.
- Wash your hands thoroughly before cleaning or touching your piercing.

What should I avoid whilst my piercing heals?
- Avoid touching your piercing at all times.
- Don’t sleep on the side of your piercing.
- Avoid swimming until your piercing is fully healed.
- Don’t remove your earring during the healing period.
- Don’t use any other solution other than the one advised.

What cleaning solution should I use?
Use the Cleansing Solution provided by our professional piercer(s). Avoid applying other solutions other than the one advised during the healing period, as it may be too abrasive.
When can I change or take out my piercings?
Do not attempt to remove your pierced earrings until it’s fully healed. Healing time for earlobe piercing varies from 8-12 weeks.
*Studex uses the butterfly back for the piercing jewelry.
- Wash your hands and clean them thoroughly. Remove by pulling off the back and sliding the front forward out of the pierced hole.
- Clean out the area with either sterile saline/ our solution to ensure the piercing site is clean for the new jewelry.
- Finally, ensure the new earrings are sterile. Rewash your hands and insert the new earring into the now-empty hole.
Is there an age restriction for the piercing service?
- Earlobe piercings are available for individuals aged 8 years and above.
- For those 18+ parental consent is voided, however you shall provide a valid government issued ID and you will be required to sign the Piercing Acknowledgement Form.
- Parental consent is required for those aged below 18 and a parent or legal guardian must be on site to sign the Piercing Acknowledgment Form.
- Additionally, you shall avoid getting pierced if you are pregnant or nursing and must inform the professional piercer(s) before the procedures.
