All jewelry pieces, including made-to-order, are eligible for return and a full refund. Your item will have to be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received to be eligible for a refund. Please note that sales of engraved pieces are final and no return will be accepted.

LIFETIME BUYBACK

We buy back any Nyrelle jewelry at 20% of the initial purchase price in exchange for store credit. Please note that you are responsible for the shipment fee when shipping your items to us. After receiving your unwanted items, we will credit your customer account accordingly. We will recycle your jewelry and convert it into new designs to be enjoyed again and again. Contact us at info@nyrelle.com to make use of our buyback programme.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

All purchases are covered by a 2-year full warranty period and enjoy a lifetime warranty on fair wear and tear after the passing of the first two years.

During the 2-year full warranty period, any accidental damage done to your jewelry will be fully covered, except for gemstone damage (such as scratched or lost stones). We will also cover any manufacturing defects, as well as the services listed in the paragraph below.

The lifetime warranty period starts two years after your purchase was made and covers jewelry maintenance and any damage caused by fair wear and tear. This includes:
- Repairing minor scratches and scuffs
- Inspection and maintenance
- Cleaning and polishing
- Prong tightening
- Replating

Please note that charges may be incurred after multiple repairs. Our warranty does not cover lost or damaged gemstones, theft, loss, breakage, negligence, abuse, unauthorised modifications, or ring resizing.

9K Solid Gold

The pureness of gold is measured in karats (different from ‘carats’ with a ‘c’) in parts of 24. Gold is naturally very soft and fragile, so alloys are added to increase its durability and hardness. 9-Karat solid gold contains 9 parts of gold and 15 parts of alloys. Extremely durable and accessible, our 9-karat gold pieces are perfect for those looking for affordable jewelry to wear every day without worrying about scuffing and scratching.

18K Solid Gold

18-Karat solid gold is made of 18 parts of gold and 6 parts of alloys, making it very high in its purity. 18K is the closest you can get to pure gold without sacrificing on durability and strength. With a rich yellow color, stunning shine, and a high percentage of pure gold, our 18K gold jewelry strikes the perfect balance between luxury and longevity.

Vermeil

Vermeil jewelry is made of solid sterling silver and plated with a layer of gold. To be considered vermeil, this coating needs to have a thickness of at least 1.5 microns, and the gold used must be at least 10-karats in purity. We go the extra mile, and gild all our vermeil jewelry using 2.5 microns of 18-karat solid gold, a coating that is 50% thicker than traditionally gold-plated pieces. With a perfect balance between quality and value, our vermeil pieces make a great addition to your jewelry essentials.

925 Sterling Silver

While beautiful in color, pure silver is too soft to be made into jewelry. That’s why most silver jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver: a mix of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% of other metals, like copper. While sturdier than pure silver, sterling silver jewelry without plating is still prone to tarnishing. We plate all our solid silver pieces with a layer of rhodium to keep it looking bright, smooth, and scratch-less for years to come.
