To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return my order?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click ‘Start’.
  • Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the return address and shipping guidelines once your return request is approved.
  • Upon approval, you’re required to ship your return to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Please email your shipment receipt to us to confirm that your return is on its way to us.

What items are returnable?

  • Your item must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Engraved items cannot be returned.
  • Please note that free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned.
  • The original shipping charges on your order (if any) are non-refundable. 

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

How soon will I get my refund?
